Return conditions

 

If you are not satisfied with the product or the product does not fit, you can return it under the following conditions:

- Orders must be returned within 14 days.
- The costs of the return shipment are for the customer.
- The order must be returned in its original packaging.
- The item must be complete and in original condition.
- The item must not be worn, washed or damaged.
- The labels must be attached to the item.
- Be careful with makeup: an item with makeup stains can't be returned.
- We guarantee that our print will remain in place during washing until it is put in the dryer. If this is the case, the warranty will be void and unfortunately we cannot do anything for you.
